But beneath his popularity and magical prowess lies a secret he’s kept buried for nearly a decade: the magical explosion that separated him from someone he once held dear. Now seventeen, Parth is caught between a crumbling relationship with his boyfriend Faizal, a growing friendship with Manvi and a mystery involving Saurabh, Faizal’s academic rival. And then there is Division Bright. The Government department has ignored Parth since he was eight but after an extraordinary display of magic Infront of his friends, they’re suddenly interested. As buried secretes resurface, Parth and his friends find themselves caught in the middle of a government cover-up: one that could change everything they thought they knew about elemental magic.

My Thoughts:

In a world where some are born with the power to control elements like earth, water, fire. Four teenagers; Parth, Saurabh, Manvi and Faizal find their lives slowly changing in ways they never imagined. Secrets begin to surface, friendships are tested, and a hidden force known as Division bright starts closing in. Why is Parth so important? What connects him to Saurab? Why does Parth live with his Chacha Chachi? Where are his parents? All these questions keeps one hooked. All Roads Lead Here unfolds like a quiet mystery, pulling you into a journey filled with identity, magic, and unanswered questions.

When I started reading All Roads Lead Here, the first chapter immediately caught my attention. I liked that it introduced LGBTQ+ themes early on, which made me curious about where the story would go. By the second chapter, when magic came into the picture, I was completely drawn in. Being a Potterhead, it honestly didn’t need to do much more to sell.

Even though I felt the story didn’t always have a very strong or clear storyline, I still found myself wanting to keep reading. The book has a way of holding your curiosity. I kept going because I genuinely wanted to know how everything would turn out in the end.

What I liked the most was how the story slowly pulled me in. The mix of magic and identity made it interesting, and the writing style was simple and easy to follow. I also enjoyed the overall feel of the book; it’s the kind of story that keeps you engaged without feeling too heavy. Even when things were not very detailed, I still felt connected enough to continue reading and stay interested in what was happening next.

At the same time, there were a few moments where I felt a little confused. The Carter incident also felt like it came a bit earlier than expected, which made the flow slightly unclear for me. I also wished there was more background about the magical world and the school, as I think that would have made the story easier to understand and even more enjoyable. With a little more clarity and world-building, it could have been even better, but I still enjoyed the experience of reading it.

For me, All Roads Lead Here was a good and enjoyable read. I liked the themes, the magical elements, and the overall feel of the story.
