This book features the story of Sehar and Rishi which was hinted quite a few times in the previous books. Sehar the one who is we know as calm, composed, ambitions, mother hen to her other friends and it seems she has her life figured out has a secret which has a capacity to shut any possible door to her future happiness with Rishi, who is still trying to forget the one-night stand from six years ago; the one who stole his heart and along with contents of his wallet! A story of Passion, romance, and love strong enough to be intact beyond Second chances.

This book has all the right elements in the right places, romance, humor, angst, family drama, the story breaks and make your heart. I loved how Sehar and Rishis relationship also like then mature and understanding. The story of Sehar’s struggle and strength to fight for what she wants in life and standing up for it is commendable. I really loved how Rishi and Sehar are always strong and composed around their friends even thought their personal life is a huge mess. The ways sehar longs for her family, their love, their support acceptance brings one to tears. And Rishi who is just as troubled, his love for his mother, her affection and angst for his father is equally heart-breaking. I really loved how the author tried to show similarities between the Characters of Rishi and Sehar like Rishi backed his junior at work the same way that Sehar backs her brother, how Rishi, despite his anger towards his father maintain contact with him similarly Sehar tries her best to reconcile with her family. The language is simple and lucid and the story develops in such a way the curiosity makes it very difficult to put the book down.

I wish the author would give a little more detail of how things ended with Rishi and his father. This part focused on Sehar and Rishi completely and very less is explored about what’s going on in other characters life unlike the previous version, I feel few questions are left unanswered like the aftermath of family drama from Diana and Manav’s story and whatever happened to Avni and Dev’s wedding? I was hoping those unanswered questions would be covered in this part also I was hoping for the story of Rishi and Sehar to start from somewhere around the goa trip in Di and Manav’s story timelines so that we know what lead Sehar and Rishi to argue during that trip.

Conclusion: People who are fan of Romance should definitely go for it!

Overall the book is 4.25/5 for me.
