Life is tricky in some sense. We always feel the other person is blessed and better-off. It’s only when you go through the cycle that you realize that you are good in your own habitat.

The peerless- uncommon stories of a common man is a collection of nine different stories of vivid common people mostly based around Maharashtra and Gujarat. The stories revolve around very common men, they could easily be categorized as the guy next door however are quite strong headed regarding the virtues in life and their contribution towards the society. It's a short read with less than 100 pages.

All the nine stories differ from each other in matter of settings, plot and character development.  Author have very well put forward few minute day to day issue which create greater impact on an individual's life.readers are introduced to wide range of characters as protagonists like postman, landlord, School teacher, Judge, farmer etc.The stories are short and fast paced. Language of the book is easy.
Few parts of the books were confusing in matter of story line and actions of the characters. The protagonist of some stories were not well defined. I feel editing part of the story requires bit more effort.

Conclusion: recommend to people are looking for a quick read over evening tea or breakfast. Or perhaps for someone searching for a good bedtimes story for children.

Rating: Its 3/5 for me.
