Raghu,MBA pass out from one of the best university, and partner in a firm with in a year is on the peak of his carrer, when his life takes a U turn. Raghu meets with an accident and is crippled for life. The story of how he gets hold of his life again and climbs to the top. A story of overcoming limitations in life.. a story of how Raghu became Best Blind Finance Manager of his time.

Story of The Long Run revolves around the major plot being sucess in stock market has many other interesting sub plots like love story,  is a book which concepts i.e. love story, overcoming disabilities and rising back up. Author has very well shown how one can over come disabilities and lead a normal life with our drawbacks. The story is divided into three timeline, first being college life (mostly revolving around love story), job life (revolving around rise and downfall) and later phase of life.

I feel author should have added footnotes for people who are not used to terms of market or are not from finance background. I also felt the end was a bit abrupt, with might leave readers unsatisfied.

Conclusion: Given the recent rise in the number of people who have turned to investing and following stocks, this book would definitely appeal to them
Rating: It's 3.5/5 for me.
